In honor of the 70th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, please join us for a briefing on the future of human rights defenders hosted by the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights in cooperation with the Tom Lantos Human Rights Commission, the Senate Human Rights Caucus, the Government of Denmark, the UN Foundation, Front Line Defenders, and Freedom House. The briefing will be held on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at 2:30 PM in Room 216 of the Hart Senate Office Building.  

This briefing will be open to Members of Congress, congressional staff, the interested public, and the media.
